I was just doing some random browsing and I found this and note it in my blog:

Heart Ware Vitrail Light USB Memory Key
USB memory key disguised as heart pendant on pink silk cord. Polished stainless steel heart combined with fully faceted, asymmetrically-cut Vitrail Light crystal. The 2 halves are held together with a pin.
It’s by Swarovski Crystals and it holds 1 gb of data.. not bad not bad. Perfect for geeky girls like me!

Happy (Chinese) New Year everyone! I have to apologize for not being able to update this blog as much as I would like. It’s been a busy start to 2008 and I finally found 10 min to blog a little bit.
I’ve lived in Canada all my life, but I have been celebrating chinese new year with my family. It’s probably not exactly the same way people would celebrate in HongKong and China, but I assume it’s close enough.
But the main reason I’m blogging is because my parents gave me some really cute “red pockets” or lucky money envelopes. Below are very beautifully designed Winnie the Pooh and Hello Kitty envelopes, definitely a thumbs up! The best part about them is it does not look like those traditional red pockets, and yet it serves the same purpose. The money stays intact, but it also looks so good that I don’t care if there was money inside or not.

In addition to cute graphics for chinese new year, I’ve spotted Yahoo! and Google chinese new year themed logos. Very cute as well.

Anyway, I’m going to work on re-vamping my portfolio and website this weekend, as well as cleaning up my blog. So if all goes well, stay tuned for the site update! Until then, best of luck to everyone.

Today, I just found out that these wonderful mascots were for the 2010 Vancouver Olympics. You can check them out at Vancouver 2010’s website.
I’m really loving the look of them (so I had to blog about them) But better yet, the animation video about them is totally awesome.
Can’t wait until the olympics!

So after many revisions, the site is finally launched!
http://www.poshpartiesforkids.ca
Designing this site was really fun, there were no limits on creativity. I actually started with more simpler designs, but my client and I kept refining and changing it, and now finally we have something that we both are happy with. The final website definitely looked better than the previous designs I made.
On a side note, I haven’t been blogging as much as I would like recently, I’ve been really busy with work and well more work. I also have to update my portfolio and finish some other personal work I’ve been putting off. If only there were more than 24 hours in a day…
